Exchanges 

We have a 30-day exchange for in-store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for in-store credit.  We require the customer to incur the shipping cost when sending your original item to be exchanged back to us, but offer free shipping when sending your new item to you. 

To be eligible for an exchange for in-store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange for in-store credit, you can contact us at info@thegoldbin.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
